We must also be aware that a life time of habits, creates many different triggers and association’s  and so you need to live life as you would going into the situations in life you usually would, and  ensure your changes remain in all the places you no go.

This is why we work over 3 weeks. This gives us time to create the change you are after and also ensures it remains in place, as we test it in the real world.

Hpnotherapy Sessions. Popular 3 Session Format

The  1st 30 minutes is your time, to let me know exactly what you need to be different.  What you want to achieve and how this is going to improve your life. If you have made notes, great bring them in.

The 1st 60 minutes of Change work. We  both focus on applying ourselves  100%. I will guide  you through the process, helping you along the way  however from you I need 100% commitment. Towards the end of the session I am testing the changes, to help ensure they remain strong in the outside world.

Your Feed Back. It is 4-7 days later,  we catch up for the the 2nd to last 60 minute period and review what is working, and what can still be better.  We get back in and exercise your mind, to keep doing the positive changes and to cement in place the good things that have occured already.

Future Proofing. It’s a week later, and if there are any last strands of the problem left  we go over them now. We use the last of our time together to future proof the changes. Putting them under pressure, from stressful situations, to the biggest temptations you may encounter in your life, helping ensure they remain in place for your future
