What Is Hypnosis?

You can’t do much with a hard lump of clay. It is solid and inflexible. To make something useful you need to add water. By adding water you can now shape and mold that clay into a vase, cup, or plate.

Hypnosis Is The Water

Hypnosis is the process of making the mind more flexible to receiving new ideas. As we grow older our habits, beliefs and ideas about the world become firm and more difficult to change . This is easy to see when we compare kids to the elderly. Kids are busy learning and adapting, while the elderly are fixed in their ways.

So Then What is Hypnosis?

It’s a psychological phenomena that makes the mind more flexible and responsive to new ideas, which then allows a person to change behaviours faster than they usually would be able to achieve.

What is Hypnosis, and How Can it be Clucking Like a Chicken, Deep Relaxation or a Trance?

Hypnosis makes what ever you are focusing on more flexible, and strengthens what you are experiencing. Confidence becomes stronger or funny things become funnier, relaxation becomes more profound, and motivation intensifies. Hypnosis is a mental process of turning up the volume and intensity of particular behaviours, thoughts and feelings you want to occur more often. This in turn creates the rapid changes we see in our offices where logical thinking would take so much longer to achieve.
